Campaign Description

LUKI AI LTD sends text messages to users who consent to receive promotional and customer care SMS messages. After the transaction, we request feedback from the user and direct them to Google to leave a review. We only ask for reviews, we do not filter these reviews or send any other sort of marketing message. We will follow up via SMS if a user has not left a review. We also may contact our customers via SMS if they have submitted a support request. Message volume may vary.

What information does LUKI AI LTD collect and store?
